Role and Responsibilities:
Better Placed are working with a leading player within the beauty, cosmetics and aesthetics industry who will also be trialling a 4-day work week in 2022!
They are looking for a Social Media Executive to join their team. You will report into the Senior Brand Marketing & Social Media Executive and Head of Brand and work closely with the Marketing and Design teams to ensure all social media marketing is in line with the brand guidelines. You will be responsible for the maintenance of accounts across all social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and adhering to weekly posting schedules and messaging plans across social media and blog posts and support the marketing team in delivering on seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Ensuring all content is on brand, reactive and suitable for purpose
- Work closely with the design team to ensure all briefs are correct and assets fit within the brand guidelines.
- Schedule and monitor highly engaging social media campaigns for UK that drive awareness, sales and positive brand sentiment.
The Person:
- Able to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks and achieve set targets
- Commercial and brand awareness
- Able to adhere to deadlines
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- A degree in a relevant discipline is preferred (i.e. Marketing, Management etc)
