We're working with an insights agency on a senior insights manager role (supporting a manager and reporting to a director). Your client is a big retailer in London and you will be expected to be onsite once a week (minimum) ideally twice in due course.
The Senior Insight Manager will be a fundamental member of the account team, supporting insights, category and
trading teams to utilise the insight platform and add customer and industry knowledge to help them improve the quality of their business decisions.
- Cut through Epos and shopper data to identify to the client what is most important with actionable recommendations
- Co-ordinate reports, stories, dashboards and presentations
- Increasing collaboration between the Supplier and the client when working with Customer insight through
workshops, value creation and delivering the collaboration value proposition
You will come to the table with a background in either retail, FMCG or insights agency and have strong communication skills and a real desire to get under the skin of a client and help them understand their data and insights. You will work within a really innovative and supportive team and have the chance to grow in your career. A super opportunity for someone with a little managerial experience.
