My client is one of the fastest-growing fintech businesses in the UK right now with head offices in central London. In the last 5 years, they have expanded rapidly, growing from 50 people to over 1,100 and with ambitions to IPO in the next few years. They have a number of best-in-class, consumer and business finance products and are constantly looking to hire great new talent to continue driving growth.

The business are now seeking a Senior Digital Analytics Manager to join their innovative and collaborative team. This is a really exciting opportunity to help shape the digital analytics strategy and direction. As the Senior Digital Analytics Manager, you will lead a team that owns and is accountable for the Digital Analytics tools and capability.

Key Requirements:

  • Have deep technical knowledge of Google Marketing Platform (Google Analytics 360 and Google Tag Manager), Appsflyer, BigQuery and Optimizely
  • Demonstrable experience with implementing these digital tools in other organisations of similar size
  • Demonstrable analytical expertise, ideally related to optimising an acquisition or checkout journey
  • Strong leadership and communication skills including managerial experience across technical implementation and analysis

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a Digital Analytics Team of experts that drive forward the progress in digital capability and value for the business
  • You will create a vision for the team and build a strategy and roadmap that delivers to this vision
  • Collaborating with a variety of teams that use the Digital Analytical tools every day such as Marketing Teams who heavily rely on channel performance, campaign effectiveness insights and channel attribution modelling and Digital Development squads who need guidance on how to implement tagging and tracking accurately
  • Supplier manager of the Analytics agency, delegating their time effectively to drive maximum value and also support Digital Marketing Agencies on a consultative basis for their digital analytical needs
  • Be accountable for the impacts that our digital tools have on the business including regulatory frameworks, cookie policies, tooling upgrades, vulnerabilities and security

Performance analysis:

  • Your team will provide regular and real time reporting against the Commercial targets and be expected to do deeper dive analysis to support new product/feature launches
  • You will proactively provide insight and recommendations that will drive an uplift in conversion and solve customer problems
  • You will ensure data accuracy and integrity and be expected to audit, monitor, debug and resolve complex data issues and discrepancies

What we need from you:

  • Expert with GA360, GTM, Appsflyer, Optimizley and BigQuery
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimisation
  • Line Management experience.
  • Advanced working knowledge of SQL, Big Query and/or databases
  • Strong understanding of customer experience and behaviour online
  • Experience with JavaScript/HTML.
  • Strong commercial ability and know-how
  • Ability to deliver large scale projects.
  • Ability to manage a number of stakeholders at all levels of the business.

Central London Offices - 50/50 split between office & remote working.
