Role responsibilities;
Give strategic advice to their Tier 1 clients and take an active/leadership role amongst the all agency mix
To architect integrated brand frameworks and creative channel strategies across a multitude of channels
Inspire the team to create thought-provoking and creative strategies that put insight and thinking at the forefront of brief responses
Comprehend and translate sector insight to enable actionable insight for clients
Analyse the business positioning using a variety of data sources and work collaboratively across departments
To lead a cross-discipline team in creating new agency products, propositions and technologies that can solve identified sector problems
Ensuring all implemented strategies provide commercial gain for the client and agency alike, with crystal clear financial communication
Role requirements;
8+ years in a strategic position, preferably agency side
Creative but also commercial - balancing the commercial objectives of the agency alongside the requirements and creative ambition of the client
Experience of digital, performance based marketing
The ability to demonstrate thought leadership and proactively provide considered insight, information and trend data
Verifiable experience in creating, developing and implementing successful strategies for blue chip clients
Experience in managing and developing a team
