Supporting the Insight Director, you will promote an insights-driven culture to help the business develop an in-depth understanding of the consumers, shoppers, influencers and retailers.

Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Support in developing the yearly research and insight plan, working with brand and product teams to understand research requirements
  • Manage NPD concept research projects
  • Own the delivery of research outputs for the markets within the International region feeding into retailer sell in stories and relevant consumer communication
  • Manage the annual brand tracking project, working with the agency to provide actionable outputs
  • Support the Insight Director in delivering strategic brand research and insight projects
  • Develop and own a database of potential agencies and seek out new agencies to ensure the Research and Insight Team are kept fully up to date with leading-edge approach to consumer insight
  • Develop strong relationships with external partners, continually growing our knowledge and identifying best practice

Background required:

  • 3 years' market research and insight experience either in a FMCG company or in an agency
  • Exceptional research project management skills - an ability to shape research projects to ensure that the maximum insight is obtained.
  • Ideally experience of working across international markets
