Better Placed are working with a software company business based in Wetherby.They are Looking for a International Campaign Manager to join there team. This will be looking after large campaigns.

Job Purpose:

Working with the central marketing and regional marketing teams, you will run international marketing campaigns to build and influence high-quality sales pipeline and enhance the brand equity. You will also support the regional marketing teams on the in-territory marketing campaigns they run when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement integrated campaigns across a range of marketing channels to support international pipeline (for new business and existing customers) and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues (e.g. Content Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, regional Marketing teams) and external agencies involved in delivering campaign
  • Work with the PR agency on international PR campaigns and repurpose PR content in marketing
  • Run campaigns to promote the clients other part of the business
  • Ensure each campaign has clear metrics to assess performance and ultimately return on investment and continually review and refine campaigns as needed to maximise
  • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs/ROI.
  • Manage and control budgets for campaign activity to ensure funds are used appropriately and effectively to deliver agreed targets and
  • Support the delivery of the Pardot roadmap and act as a Pardot Expert providing support to the regional marketing
  • Support the regional marketing teams in the planning and delivery of tactical marketing campaigns when

  • Minimum 3 years of building and delivering marketing campaigns.
  • Confident and self-starting, with the ability to work on own initiative, with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Experience/knowledge of marketing tools (e.g. Pardot, Salesforce, GoToWebinar).
  • Highly motivated and results driven, able to work to deadlines, prioritise and manage time effectively, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong project management skills and experience of operating within a fast-paced and demanding commercial environment. Focused on continuous improvement with a growth mindset.
  • Confident stakeholder management skills with a natural ability to influence across all levels.
  • Creative and able to think outside of the box - constantly striving to improve. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
