We're working on a fantastic role with a global insights agency for a 6 month fixed term contract. You will already have strong experience either within category management or insights management within FMCG / Agency / Retail and be available to start before the end of March! Ideally you will have experience of working with loyalty data.
The ideal candidate will need to have a passion for understanding grocery retail, the client organisations strategy and approach, an innovative and analytical mindset, combined with excellent interpersonal and engagement skills in order to deliver an all-round service across all the client's food categories.
Responsibilities will include:
- Operate as the key day to day contact for multiple stakeholders, across various roles within the retailer
- Coordinate, execute, analyse and present findings
- Utilise creativity in identifying new techniques and processes to support the client
You will need experience of interpreting data, including loyalty/customer data to generate meaningful insights
