​If you’re an experienced Performance Marketing Manager we simply have to speak to you about this role, I know we say this a lot, but this is one not to be missed! – Based in Leeds this consumer business have nailed their proposition and are now embarking on the next exciting chapter, with one word in mind, growth!

Fast paced, autonomous, entrepreneurial with a growth mind-set…. If you like the sound of that and you’re a driven, experienced performance marketer, who can deliver strategy, yet still get down and dirty, this role has to be the best in Yorkshire.

Responsibilities:

·         Full responsibility for customer acquisition through our digital marketing channels

·         Management of all performance marketing agencies (Paid Search, Affiliate, Programmatic Display, Paid Social and Influencer)

·         Planning, managing and analysing budgets against robust financial forecasts

·         Responsible for determining, documenting and sharing the acquisition strategy with key internal and external stakeholders

·         Develop, plan and implement paid media campaigns - driving Paid Search, Affiliate, Paid Social, Influencer, Affiliate and Programmatic Display initiatives to increase web traffic, conversion and revenue

·         Develop plan and implement Marketing and Trading Plan to ensure continuity between performance channels and on-site customer experience.

·         Identify insights, communicate learnings and implement continual improvement program via testing and use of attribution modelling to maximize campaign effectiveness.

·         Always have one eye on what’s next – where is the next big opportunity?

·         On daily basis, you will effectively plan and manage the Performance Marketing budget, ensuring we continue to deliver against daily, weekly and monthly CAC and CPP (cost per pet) targets.

About you

·         Entrepreneurial self-starter, buckets of motivation and drive

·         Several years marketing experience across digital and data-driven media (this experience level is a guide, all we care about is your skills and drive!)

·         Collaborative and hands-on. You MUST be a do-er

·         Able to demonstrate exceptional experience as a marketer and strategist/planner and a track record of delivering, measuring and improving on successful campaigns;

·         Adtech fluency. Experience with ad management interfaces and bidding tools (Google, Bing, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Programmatic Ad Tech platforms)

·         To be analytical. Confident mathematically and enjoy analysing data sets to generate actionable insights;

·         To be enthusiastic about eCommerce, tracking and attribution, and all aspects of performance marketing

·         Knowledge of managing both internal teams and external agencies to create one coherent performance marketing department
