We're working on a super digital marketing manager role for someone from the agency landscape (ideally) with fantastic SEO and PPC experience. You will have a really strong all round 360 digital marketing background. The business is a business services company (so much of your work will be B2B and B2B2C).

The Digital Marketing Manager will need to take ownership of all digital communication channels, be a key decision maker and content creator, and lead the charge in harnessing digital channels to delight, engage and convert users. The client is looking for a commercial marketeer; someone who is data driven and results orientated and takes a proactive approach in finding creative ways to generate leads and bookings.

  • Proven experience working with SEO tools to audit and monitor site performance
  • Good understanding of Google's algorithm and SEO Best Practices
  • Successful experience of growing organic traffic and sales via keyword research, link building strategies and content creation
  • Overall responsibility for website and app content and ensuring all is up to date
  • Ensure that all content is uploaded in line with best practice (tags, calls to action)
  • Support development of roadmap for iterative website and improvements
  • Review and optimise current PPC account structure
  • Ongoing bid optimisation and management
  • Set up, run, optimise and manage prospecting and retargeting campaigns
  • Manage Google Tag manager to ensure all tagging required to ensure success of campaigns is implemented
  • Email marketing, database management and CRM
  • Target audience and grow our email database and its effective segmentation

Ideally you will come to the table with:

  • 4- 5 years' experience in a digital agency (with some client side experience)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • A proven track record in creating successful digital marketing campaigns with clear ROI
