My client is one of the fastest-growing fintech businesses in the UK right now with head offices in central London. In the last 5 years, they have expanded rapidly, growing from 50 people to over 1,100 and with ambitions to IPO in the next few years. They have a number of best-in-class, consumer and business finance products and are constantly looking to hire great new talent to continue driving growth.

They're currently seeking a Digital Acquisition Manager to join the team. The Digital Acquisition Manager will play a key role in the delivery of the online acquisition growth plans. You will make a significant contribution to the online acquisition target through the management of the customer acquisition experience, through the identification and delivery of key development initiatives to improve customer application journeys.

The role holder will drive growth through planning and delivery of initiatives across the Retailers (Amazon & Argos) to ensure the organisation are delivering against the overall strategy for acquiring new customers in an online environment.

Core focus for this role:

  1. Planning and implementing initiatives with partners to drive awareness and traffic to the application pages.
  2. Identifying and testing customer experience improvements to grow conversion of traffic into accounts.
  3. Reviewing and monitoring the performance of existing initiatives and placements.

Essential Skills:

  • Robust knowledge of Online Acquisition models and conversion management.
  • Strong digital capabilities and deep understanding of how digital solutions can improve customer experience, application and conversion rates.
  • Robust understanding of User Experience, User Centered Design and Web Design.
  • Good understanding of A/B and MVT testing and successful application.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing small and medium digital projects in a demanding environment to tight deadlines - ensuring smooth change delivery, testing and controls in place.

Desirable Skills:

  • Ability to develop and deliver a strategic digital roadmap.
  • Knowledge of the credit card sector and its products, or relevant experience in Financial Services.
  • Understanding of acquisition offer strategies ability to influence click through and customer engagement with the product
  • Ability to identify relevant industry standards and emerging opportunities.
