We're working with a few clients at the moment looking for CRM people. The sectors I'm recruiting in are hospitality, fashion, retail and leisure.

The roles are all CRM focused - looking for candidates with experience to bring to the table - ideally minimum 3 years of CRM.

You will Will work closely with their CRM platforms, technology partners and alongside the rest of the CRM team, to build and review omni-channel automated and technical CRM campaigns including, but not limited to, email, push and content cards.

  • Use reporting, analytics and attribution tools to measure the success of CRM automation
  • Work with Digital Marketing and Digital Product teams to develop CRM opportunities within their wider digital channels
  • Use a test, learn and optimize approach to ensure continual improvement
  • Create customer audience selections
  • Map customer journeys
  • Analyse customer behaviour and segment performance
  • Continuously optimise in line with KPIs
