This super well known household brand is recruiting CRM Acquisition executive role. We're looking for someone from any sector (so long as you have B2C CRM experience).
Your role will be super varied and working in a great digital team - who don't expect you in the office more than once a week (40 mins outside of London).
The CRM Automation Executive will work support the Automation Manager in building their CRM automation. You will:
- Create and review audiences and segmentation
- Use a test, learn and optimise approach to ensure continual improvement
- Use Liquid and Connected Content within Braze for cross-channel personalisation in CRM campaigns (if you have experience of Braze it will be very helpful but not essential)
- Closely monitor campaign delivery and work closely with the Data & Insights teams to provide reports against core retention KPIs
Ideally you will have:
- At least 2 years experience in a technical CRM role
- Experience creating personalised user journeys and lifecycle automations desirable
- Experience working with in the moment personalisation technology such as Movable Ink desirable
