Core Objectives
● Ensuring the tone of voice is consistent across channels
● Sourcing relevant and tailored content for the digital marketing team to use across Paid Social, CRM (email and website)
● Optimizing and adapting content performance to drive key business metrics
● End to end content delivery
Roles and Responsibilities
● Work closely with the wider marketing team to understand brand direction and tone of voice
● Understand content requirements for performance marketing and the trading teams, and source content from internal teams and external agencies to fulfil those plans
● Manage a dedicated graphic designer and external videographer and copywriter resource
● Ensure both new and existing content is utilized and adapted as necessary across all channels it may be relevant for
● Work with digital team to report on content performance to ensure effective optimisation over time
● Use insights from analytics and data specialist to identify content opportunities that will drive engagement and marketing database sign ups
Experience and Skill Set
● At least 5 years’ experience working in a digital role either client or agency side.
● A creative mind, developing interesting ideas and challenges to briefs
● Copywriting skills a bonus
● Commercial understanding of the online retail space, preferably within an omni-channel environment
● Outstanding analytical skills and deep knowledge of MS Excel and Google Analytics
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
● Have a passion for sports and fitness
