This well established integrated marketing communications agency are looking for an experienced Client Services Director to take the helm, working closely with the MD to drive innovation for their clients. They are an agile, dynamic agency whose awards speak for themselves - they constantly strive to go above and beyond for their clients, whilst maintaining a fantastic collaborative culture.
At this level you will be competent managing a client services team, driving efficiency and team work, whilst being a mentor on marketing best practice. You will be familiar with rebranding, brand positioning and how to achieve these with incredible creative output. Digital marketing knowledge is key here, as that is the extent of the work that this agency produce - how to not just take a brief, but consult on it, problem solve with your clients and team, and deliver on these campaigns to elevate the brands in the market.
You will be passionate about the agency itself, with involvement in awards, networking and spotting opportunities for growth. You will have a commercial head on your shoulders, as in time this role will become even more senior in the agency, so you will want to get stuck in!
