- Build strategic extremal relationships
- Create solid, credible internal relationships
- Use a range of qual and quant insight to deliver rounded insight and recommendations
- Utilise the Category Strategy as a platform to drive forward the business
- Implement and deliver strategic, category-driven projects
- Project focus - Inc. deep dives into promotions, underperforming segments, range optimisation
- Business Planning - Defining range ladders, SKU optimisation, and review and course correction of NPD & Core
- Supporting tender proposals with strong category rationale

Qualifications and Professional Experience
Category Leadership Experience essential (4+yrs)
Grocery/Coop Experience essential

- Comfortable using a number of data sources to create insight e.g. iRi, Kantar, Mintel, Aimia, Dunnhumby, Sales Out

- Strong presentation skills
- Previous experience in customer facing roles
