As a Campaign Manager you will be allocated a specific channel within Individual Giving to target and this could be on either supporter acquisition. retention or both. This could be anything from working on the established channels such as the highly successful raffle programme or face to face fundraising to new innovations.
Previous experience of working in a fundraising team would be fantastic, but not vital. What's important is that you understand how to put together and own a marketing campaign and can effectively brief and manage agencies to help you to do that. You must be able to demonstrate the impact of your work and your strong organisational skills and working to tight deadlines.
They will consider someone taking their first step into a manager role as well as someone already operating at that level.
