The Role

  • Here you will report directly to the Marketing Director. Supported by their in house Digital & CRM team, Marketing and Ecommerce. As well as both creative and media agencies.
  • Own the development of the new Brand Marketing strategy, ensuring the brand marketing campaigns are on brand and consistent.
  • Multi channel brand strategy with a big focus on ATL/ TV campaigns. Also BTL campaigns.
  • Managing a £1miilion + budget - including the reporting of the commercials feeding back to senior stakeholders within the business/ making change when needed.

Skills Needed

  • 3/ 4 years working in a similar senior brand role. Ideally within an Ecommerce environment.
  • Retail experience rather than pure product is essential.
  • Working with large budgets - £1million+
  • Brand experience within ATL/ Media/ TV - this role will be heavily focussed their 2022 new TV campaigns.
  • Experience managing 3rd party media agencies and creative agencies (agency will deliver the TV campaigns).
  • Cross channel brand experience, ATL/ TV, Content, Website, Email and Digital. Holistic strategy with channels specific people to deliver.
  • A real creative thinker, confident and super organised.
