Better Placed are delighted to be working with a leading Financial Services organisation to recruit a Brand and propositions Manager to join their award-winning team. Due to the great success of their brand in recent years, this is a newly created role whereby as the Brand and Propositions Manager, you will be responsible for managing the brand strategy and developing compelling propositions which align with the brand.

Key Duties:

  • Lead on the way the company frame the propositions and develop the brand so it's commercially sound, customer-focused and creatively sound.

  • Lead the brand dialogue with key stakeholders from across the business and identify key customer-facing propositions which align with the brand. Providing clear rationale for existing and new customer propositions/strategies.

  • Be responsible for the development of the brand strategy to articulate any new proposition with the target audience. Work with the Marketing Strategy and Planning Lead to develop the marketing strategy and annual plans, to integrate new propositions.

  • Drive forward the brand, being the brand guardian and lead the implementation of the brand assets across the Marketing team, signing off all creative work to ensure this is 'on brand' and meets our brand guidelines.

Key Requirements:

  • You'll have a relevant degree or equivalent professional qualifications for this role, with proven brand experience
  • You'll have a background in brand management and propositional development, with online & offline experience.
  • You'll know all about end-to-end marketing campaign management from planning, analysis and working with creative agencies.
  • Experience of working within the Financial Services sector and/or regulated industries would be a strong advantage.
