​Are you an enthusiastic marketing professional with a passion for brand development and product innovation? We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Brand Manager to join a fast-paced, multi-channel business working with exciting brands in the FMCG sector!

As the Assistant Brand Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the development and execution of strategic marketing plans, working on new product development (NPD) projects, and delivering impactful campaigns that drive consumer awareness and boost sales.

 

The Role:

·         Collaborate on creating and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive growth.

·         Assist in delivering marketing communication strategies and tracking campaign results.

·         Work on product innovation and support marketing initiatives from concept to launch.

·         Partner with external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

·         Keep the wider business informed about brand and campaign performance.

·         Conduct store visits and market research to monitor NPD, promotions, and competitor activities.

·         Take charge of coffee projects and manage your own branded initiatives within the business.

·         Handle purchase orders, track budgets, and provide general administrative assistance.

·         Work closely with various teams and support the Marketing Director on ad-hoc projects and business initiatives.

 

You:

·         Ideally have experience in the food and beverage sector.

·         Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

·         Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.

·         Confident in presenting and influencing at all levels and working across teams.

·         Thrives in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.

·         Enjoys being part of large-scale projects and contributing to wider business initiatives such as

·         Currently in an Assistant Brand Manager, Marketing Executive, or Marketing Assistant role and ready for a new challenge.

·         Strong skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office applications.

·         Able to assess data, track performance, and provide insights.
