After graduating from Sheffield Hallam University in 2003 Chris embarked on a spell within the Retail Management sector. Following a 6 month career sabbatical living in Madrid , Spain Chris entered the world of Recruitment in 2005 working for a major PLC in the Sales and Marketing sector with responsibility for the Yorkshire and North East region.
Chris joined the Executive Division of Imprint PLC in November 2007 working with Paul Bendelow as Delivery Consultant, with responsibility for sourcing, approaching and networking with Sales and Marketing candidates in the £75,000 to £200,000 space on a Headhunt basis.
Following the management buy out of Imprint`s Northern Division in 2008 and their focus shifting away from the Marketing arena Chris joined Better Placed Executive in August 2008 to replicate his working partnership with Paul and continues to work on high level search mandates across the Sales and Marketing sector.
