Alex joined Better Placed in 2009 to head-up our interim and contract offering. Alex has over six years interim recruitment experience, the last four of which have been spent specifically recruiting marketing professionals. Having graduated from the University of Leeds, Alex began his career in IT recruitment, going on to join EMR to successfully develop the Ortus Interim brand across the North of England and Midlands. Alex has a strong network across financial services, professional services, FMCG and wider consumer sectors and has helped our clients recruit flexible resource for reasons varying from maternity cover, to a need for extra project resource. He has a strong understanding of the interim market, including, key legislation affecting recruiters and contractors.
