During my time as Sales Director at Kellogg’s we completed a total reorganisation of the Sales function. We created new departments (On-Line) and also new roles (Insight & Analysis Managers). As well as changing the structure of the Sales function we also changed the culture.

The change in structure and culture meant that we needed a lot of different people, with different Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours.
