Better Placed HR was set up in April 2010 in Leeds. Following our instant success we launched our London business in January this year and are already looking to grow that team in London.

We are now looking for an experienced HR recruitment consultant with a proven track record of business development and fee earning to join Matt Brooks (founding Partner) and play an integral role in driving the business forward with him. This role will focus primarily, though not exclusively, on the London and South East market across all industry sectors.

Excellent HR recruitment involves building and developing long term relationships with our clients and candidates. We are looking for a consultant who inherently understands this simple but crucial aspect of HR recruitment.

We appreciate that we have not been around long however as individuals we have a strong track record of HR recruitment in the UK and internationally and although Better Placed HR is new to the market, we, and our relationships, are not.
