This is a product owner position with one direct report to optimise conversion and ultimately maximise value from the millions of website visits they receive. The product owner will be hands on and strategic and work across different teams including working with the app team, external agencies and the development team on prioritisation of tasks. The product owner will lead on site content strategy and information architecture and ensure the sites content and structure is optimised for SEO. You’ll be hands on with testing including AB testing and MVT as well as introducing onsite personalisation strategies.
The ideal product owner will have experience of owning and executing CRO strategies. The crux of this role is really turning traffic into revenue whether that’s from new customers or existing customers with ‘add on’s’. You’ll need to have experience of running A/B testing as well as MVT programmes and have experience with user testing triggers, ensuring only the correct audiences are included in scope for tests. Ideally you’ll be familiar with an agile working environment and have working knowledge of HTML/CSS. You’ll be able to interpret data to inform strategy and have a strong eye for detail. This is a commercial ecommerce role to really optimise user journey.
