B2B Marketing Manager

As the B2B Marketing Manager your role will include the following:

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges
  • Develop a deep and thorough understanding of relevant market trends, competitors, customer segmentation and USPs. Undertake periodic reviews and update business unit.
  • Create a single minded sub-brand proposition that aligns to the brand proposition
  • Develop the three year marketing strategy to support the three year business plan, and build and maintain the one year marketing plan
  • Evolve the brand as needed and protect it at all times
  • Measure and evaluate all activity to understand ROI and refine plan where needed, ensuring it works as hard as possible at all times
  • Work closely with other business partners to share learnings and identify efficiencies
  • Create and deliver periodic campaigns to communicate brand proposition
  • Continually support the group proposition and identify opportunities to drive cross-selling
  • Deliver the marketing plan through relevant multi-channel activity, including but not limited to PR, events, website and social media
  • Develop content for use across websites, case studies, brochures
  • Own and maintain relevant brand websites, and work with our digital agency to optimise them to drive leads and our brand impression
  • Create and maintain a suite of marketing collateral including brand/service line brochure(s) and case studies
  • Working with our PR agency develop and deliver a calendar of PR and thought leadership opportunities
  • Identify industry events to support marketing plans and make all the arrangements to make the event happen
  • Work with the Social Media Executive to ensure they understand your brand propositions, marketing objectives and calendar of activity so they can support your plans
  • Manage the marketing budgets for your relevant area(s) ensuring they stay on track
  • Identify opportunities for internal communication updates and share with the Internal Communications Manager to deliver
  • Be aware of best practice in relation to communication methods, implementing and trialling new ideas where relevant and evaluating success
