Interim HR Business Partner opportunity. Reporting to the Head of HR and working within this successful business this is a HR project based opportunity lasting for a period of 3-6 months.
This Interim HR Business Partner role will see you partner with one of the key areas of the business, working closely with the director and his leadership team. You will be an integral member of the operational leadership team. Your role will be project focused and will involve guiding the leadership team through the exciting changes that the organisation is embarking on.
Experience of working within a growing business is a must, you will be able to demonstrate where you have led on organisational design and restructuring projects and will likely come from a background involving working on mergers and acquisitions.
