Do you want to influence brand strategies of some the UK’s most recognised retail and financial services companies? My client has an impressive global brand portfolio, and due to new account wins they are looking for an ambitious Account Director to help them deliver their brand strategy through a variety of channels (digital, creative and insight). Through collaborative thinking they execute unique and exciting projects that exceed client expectations every time. You will have experience in delivering a variety of integrated projects; working to tight deadlines and ensuring your clients are always informed and brought on the journey with you.

You’ll be working alongside other creative, talented minds to liaise with high profile clients from day one. The role requires someone who is proven in working on integrated campaigns, with a commercial awareness of brand image, budget and time scales to ensure all projects exceed client objectives.

You will be responsible for the team below you, reporting directly into the Head of Client Services. Culturally, you will be someone who values teamwork and wants to be part of adding value to the agency from the moment you walk through the door.

An ideal candidate for this role will have a creative mindset and an ability to think beyond the ‘normal’ way of doing things. More than that, you will have the ability to challenge creative and add to the delivery of their cutting-edge projects. Strong communication skills are a must, with an inherent ability to develop strong working relationships both internally and with your well established clients.
