A leading retail marketing agency based in Leeds, Manchester and London, are looking for an Insight and analytics manager to join their team.
Client facing and managing a team of 3, this position is pivotal in the final element of the campaigns.
It will involve large volumes of raw data, and the role is responsible for understanding and converting that data, into insightful recommendations.
Key responsibilities and requirements include:
Leading a team of analysts and reporting experts, to ensure timely and accurate reports to a wide range of clients.
Develop and train this team, with growth plans expected.
Maintain and develop analytical architecture so always fit for purpose, with maximum effectiveness.
Working closely and building relationships with external agencies
Develop the reporting and analytical offering, spotting opportunities with existing clients
Be the lead contact for all CRM (salesforce) requirements
Experienced in PowerBi and other BI tools
SQL and MS Access desirable
The ability to convert complex data into client friendly reports and recommendation
A natural leader and team player
Able to travel when needed, with a desire to be client facing.
The skill of influencing, internally and externally.
