The key responsibilities will include…
- Lead the development and execution of the marketing and ecommerce strategy in line with overall business objectives.
- Management of all digital marketing activity and team covering email, content, social and paid media.
- Ensuring the brand are at the forefront of digital developments, adopting new technologies and practices.
- Collaboratively working with other departments to ensure a best in class customer experience.
- Consideration of multi-channel campaigns and activations to deliver optimal results.
- Manage 3rd party agencies to deliver efficient ways of working.
- Experienced digital and ecommerce specialist with demonstrable fashion and/or retail sector experience
- Experience managing or developing digital marketing strategies across all digital channels; Paid Search, SEO, Affiliates, Email, Social, Display
- Experience managing effective conversion plans
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build cross-departmental relationships
- Self-starter and problem solver
- Strong analytical and commercial skills
- Strong management experience, ensuring the ongoing development of the ecommerce team.
