My client who are a leading marketing Agency based in the heart of Leeds are looking for a Group Account Director to join their team. This will be a great role for a current Group Account Director or Senior Account Director looking to make the next step in their career.
As a Group Account Director you will need to have the opportunity to look after a great client base and truly add value to their business. They are looking for a talented individual who can not only deliver high levels of service to clients but also ensure strong profitability and have the ability to lead and mentor current staff.
- Looking after a large and complex client base
- In charge of pitching for new accounts and ultimately winning new business
- Have the ability to recruit and train new staff.
- Be able to work efficiently and collaboratively with other areas of business.
- Lead and manage a team.
- Be able to challenge clients and negotiate.
- Win the trust of clients and build long lasting relationships
- Strong management and leadership qualities.
As a Group Account Director my client are looking for a candidate who is driven, commercial and has the ability to build relationships quickly and successfully. Ideally you will have a very strong agency pedigree having worked with large reputable brands and can demonstrate how you have grown them by offering great service and new creative ideas.You will be excited by training and mentoring more junior members of staff and have a real passion and desire to succeed.
