Event Manager

About this job

The role of the Event Manager is to cover maternity leave for approx. 9 months. You must be available to start in May and commit to the duration of the contract.

The remit of the role includes the following responsibilities:

Plan and deliver all promotional events and seminars and other business development activities

Design and develop new event opportunities and sponsorship possibilities applicable to the business ensuring a quality experience is delivered

Utilise e-marketing facility and CRM database to market events, log applicable statistics and costings, in order to provide MI regarding attendance and expenditure

Manage the events and sponsorship budget providing regular updates to internal stakeholders.

Provide assistance, where required, with other marketing activity as required
