The Digital Account Manager role has been created to look after several new clients, including a couple of major Consumer brands. It’s an interesting and varied opportunity where you will be responsible for:
- Build relationships with contacts across the clients business to understand their individual needs.
- Taking detailed briefs from contacts and liaising with the internal technical team to ensure they fully understand the client’s requirements.
- Actively contributing to the development of strategies for clients and presenting ideas back to clients.
- Researching competitors and keeping a keen eye on the market to identify other opportunities to support clients.
- Pitching ideas to clients that will enhance their online offering.
- Various additional duties as required.
To be suitable for the Digital Account Manager role you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- A genuine passion for Digital and an understanding of the range of opportunities it offers clients.
- Previous Digital experience within a reputable agency, including a knowledge of Web, Social Media, SEO / PPC.
- Experience managing major clients.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present effectively.
