Our client, a global leader in their field have experienced a period of successful trading and are looking to further strengthen their client relationships and position in the market through the recruitment of a tenacious and driven Commercial Sales Director.
You will manage, lead, and develop a high performing sales team to develop new, quality business for the organisation as well as grow existing strategic accounts. You will implement an effective business development strategy that will enable you, and your team to perform to the best of your abilities and ensure revenue targets are achieved. You will work closely with the wider business to exploit opportunity for product, strategy and marketing development that will contribute to the overall business growth strategy.
You will have proven experience of sales management at a senior level, ideally, but not essentially gained with the technology services, data services or other related industries. Sales experience of physical products rather than a complex solution will unfortunately not be considered.
You will be an exceptional communicator with the ability to forge effective business relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels. You will be commercially aware and keen to grow your career within a successful business.
