​Marketing Manager - 12 Month FTC

Salary - £45,000-£50,000

UK based role, remote first with central meet ups

Better Placed are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a global digital transformation business - we have made numerous successful placements into their marketing team, and now they are looking for a Marketing Manager to join them on their growth journey. They set a precedent for digital innovation, working with international teams to deliver industry leading technological advancements to keep clients at the forefront of the digital landscape.

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract - The role is remote working, but with monthly meet ups in London/Birmingham/Manchester, reporting into the Head of Global Marketing. This company have won multiple 'Best Place to Work' awards, and encourage an autonomous, agile working style.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying specific organisations and target customers based on the personas relevant to a given business unit

  • Work with business units on their go to market plans (this could be supporting or leading depending on the BU)

  • Coordinating and executing the activities defined in a BUs go to market plan (e.g. events, targeted advertising etc)

  • supporting specific account based marketing activities e.g. submitting customers for awards, specific content to showcase a customer.


Key Requirements:

  • Hands on B2B marketing experience across both online & offline channels.

  • ideally B2B experience in a consulting/professional services/financial services environment

  • Campaign management experience

  • Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot is preferable)

  • Account based marketing experience highly desirable
