Helen Broughton - Delivery Consultant
After graduating from De Montfort University in 2003 Helen joined the world of recruitment working for a National Recruitment Consultancy in the Midlands developing the interim and consultancy arena.
In 2007 Helen joined a Boutique Marketing Recruitment consultancy with the remit of recruiting for in-house Marketing departments on a National basis, here Helen developed excellent working relationships with large Consumer brands to include Halfords and Avon Cosmetics. Following her success Helen joined Cohera in 2009 to continue building her reputation as a respected recruiter in the Marketing arena, with a more specialised focus on the Retail Sector on higher level assignments.
Following a relocation to Leeds Helen joins the Better Placed Executive brand in June 2011 during a time of growth as a Delivery Consultant. On joining the Delivery Team Helen will work on senior level search mandates, predominantly in the Consumer and FMCG sectors on a National basis, sourcing and approaching high level professionals on headhunt assignments.
