After graduating with a degree in Hospitality Business Management, Rachel joined The Co-operative Food Group, where she spent 12 months on their Retail Management Graduate Scheme, including 6 months managing her own store.
Keen for a new challenge, Rachel then decided to pursue a career in recruitment, utilising her industry experience.
Rachel now has a strong network of clients and candidates across the agency, leisure/travel and retail sectors and has developed these areas into core markets for Better Placed.
