After graduating with a degree in Geography, Paul spent 2 successful years as a sales manager in the telecommunications industry. Paul made a move intro recruitment with Leeds based firm Rilwood Associates where he gained valuable experience, specialising in placing senior sales candidates across a wide range of industries. In 2010 Paul joined Better Placed Recruitment as part of our well established Financial Services team.
