One of the founding Directors of Better Placed Recruitment, Dean has over 10 years experience within marketing recruitment. Prior to Better Placed he was a Senior Consultant at Michael Page where he specialised in the agency market.
Dean has worked and successfully recruited for some of the largest communications groups in the UK as well as some of the smaller niche players. With an extensive network of candidates and clients, he has a wealth of experience recruiting across a wide variety of sectors.
