Better Placed join Pride in Business

As Its mid-way through Pride Month we’re very pleased to share that Better Placed are now part of the “Pride in Business” Initiative.
Pride in Business provides free support and resources to the SME business community to enable them to be visibly more welcoming and supportive of the LGBTQ+ Community. Pride in Business also runs events for members of the LGBTQ+ business community and their allies, in order to provide LGBTQ+ staff working within SME businesses a greater sense of support, community, belonging, acceptance and value. By SMEs adopting the Pride in Business approach, it is hoped that more LGBTQ+ workers will feel more empowered to be themselves and not to hide who they really are.
As a business, joining the initiative shows our commitment to :
- Respecting LGBTQ+ Rights
- Eliminating Discrimination
- Providing support when needed.
- Encouraging Respect for LGBTQ+ Rights from our business partners.
